Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all reproduction canvas prints, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There are no returns on original or commission works as these are custom, one-of-a-kind pieces.  If there was damage during shipping, we will accept a return within the standard 30-day return policy. Please email hello@artbyperrine.com with a photo of the damage to make a damage claim within 24 hours of receiving the art to qualify the claim. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if relevant, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact us at hello@artbyperrine.com. If your return is accepted, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own and send it to:

Once we have received the product and it is all good we will make the refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@artbyperrine.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Have you received a damaged product? Please follow these instructions and we will fix it as soon as possible. Send a photo of:
  1. - Photos of the damage
  2. - Photo of the entire print
  3. - Photo of package label, text/barcode must be legible
  4. - Photo of packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)
  5. - Photo of the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage to the package. Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.
We need photos in good resolution. Feel free to send them in full or large size. Send the photos to mail: hello@artbyperrine.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
